Using The Ultimate Round

The Ultimate Round is a free tool for logging your golf scores hole by hole and tracking your best-ever composite "ultimate round" at your course. You need an account to use it. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the scores you log: it's your record, so it's only as useful as what you put in.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the service to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract course data; attempt to access another user's account or data; or abuse the course search in a way that could get our third-party data provider access suspended for everyone. One account per person, please.

Course data

Course and scorecard information is sourced from a third-party golf course data API and, where added manually, from users themselves. We do our best to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it. Always check the course's own scorecard for anything that matters (like a competition).

No warranty

The Ultimate Round is provided free and "as is," without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever. We'll try to give notice of any significant changes or, if it ever came to it, discontinuation, but can't promise to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of logged scores or data. We'd obviously try hard to avoid that, but as a free tool we can't accept liability for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
